"I Want To Become A Car Detailer".

The stepping stone for this industry (Car Detailing) is to just start, Unlike other industries, Multiple years of education and experience isn't required, To begin In the Car Detailing Industry, You can start off by practicing on your own vehicles,  learning from your own mistakes and strengths will allow you to better understand which method works best for you, and which tools you'll be using or needing during a Detail.

Learn Your Own Method

Now all though I encourage you to build out your own method, That won't be possible until your knowledgeable or at least tried the other ones.

If You haven't washed a vehicle before your automatically gonna go the internet, and if you do have experience with your own vehicles, Your going to want to make it even more time efficient, Resulting in you also ending up on the internet.

In either situation, So many different, and contradictory methods and opinions will be thrown at your face, all at once. Once your in this mind boggle of a situation, the first thing to do is calm down. Secondly your going to want to take all the information given, and actually apply it, This will clear your mind, and you'll be able to identify through your actions, which method works and which doesn't.

Courses or Classes

I know, I Know. Youtube and TikTok videos aren't the best learning approach for everyone, so here are some alternative methods to gain large amounts of Car Detailing Knowledge.
 
  • Articles: I know it sounds weird, but I bet you could find some great articles which will thoroughly go through the entire Process of Car Detailing.
 
  •  Jobs: There are most definitely many detail shops, or companies in your surrounding area, all you need to look out for are the one's hiring. If you get the job, You'll get paid, While gaining the experience which was initially the main goal. 
  • Training: Now before you search up "Car Detailing Training", Know that there levels to this game, make sure you check reviews, and if they actually have the experience to teach. A man whose only been in this industry for a Month and a man with years of experience will have completely opposite things to teach.
  • Ask: A lot of times, You wont find any classes or training, so another option is to make a quick call to your surrounding detailers, ask if you could spend a week with them, and monitor their work. With this sort of work you'll get to see the techniques and methods that allow these companies to finish multiple cars in a single day and also provide top-notch results.
Now the basics have been made clear, Along the line, You'll learn so many new things each day, Which you'll be hesitant to implement into your business, but what's important is to start, and the only thing after that, is to keep going.
